The Account Owner and any associated Group Admin can easily monitor the MuleSoft Training Credits balance by logging into their training accounts on training.mulesoft.com, and view the account balance, transaction history, and MuleSoft Training Credits owners.
MuleSoft Training Credits can be used three ways:
- An Account Owner or Group Admin can register for courses or exams directly on the MuleSoft Training site then choose “MTC” as the payment type.
- An Account Owner or Group Admin can register another Learner for courses or exams using MuleSoft Training Credits.
- A Learner can request courses or exams from their Account Owner or Group Admin, who then approves the use of MuleSoft Training Credits for purchase.
Should you wish to purchase training from one of our Authorized Training Providers, you can either pay them directly with a credit card payment, or contact MuleSoft to use your training credits. Please note that should you use MuleSoft Training Credits to purchase this training, you will be charged MuleSoft list pricing, regardless of the price quoted by the Authorized Training Provider.
