To enroll Learners from your group into a course or exam, you must be the Account Owner of the Flexible Training Credits (FTC). There are two ways to enroll Learners: 1) with a credit card or 2) purchasing Flexible Training Credits and applying the FTCs within the course or exam purchase process.
The process for both begins by selecting Courses or Certifications from the top navigation menu. Select the name of the course or exam to view summary information, including Region, Language, and session dates. Be sure to scroll down the list to see all available. Select the dates to enroll and click “Register”.
Continue to the Checkout. You can make adjustments to the quantity if you are registering more than one team member in your group. Toggle the payment method dropdown to indicate paying by FTC before clicking Checkout.
Step 1: Checkout process
On the Cart page, select the quantity of learners you need to register. Then, select the payment method as FTC using the dropdown menu. Click Checkout.
If the quantity is left at “1”, a pop-up asks if you are purchasing the items for yourself. To enroll yourself, select "Yes", to apply the FTC coupon and enroll into the course. The course overview page will appear and end the checkout process.
To enroll other Group members, Select "No" to complete the Checkout process and continue.
At the Checkout page, click select training credits to use, and select the FTC Account. Then select Apply Coupon and continue to Group member enrollment.
Step 2: Choose the enrollment option
Enroll Learners in the course or exam. You can choose one of three options:
- Select existing users from your groups
- Enter the name and email of the user
- Send them a link for self-enrollment
Make your selection based upon your requirements to finish the process.
