Training course cancellations must be received at least 10 business days prior to the start of the course. If you fail to cancel before the course start and/or do not attend the training, no credit or monetary refund will be issued. If conditions are met for a full cancellation and a request for refund is received, MuleSoft will provide MuleSoft Training Credits (MTCs) toward future services rather than issuing a refund directly.
Certification exam cancellations should be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled exam date for MuleSoft Training credit to be issued to your account. The MuleSoft Training Credits can be applied toward a future exam or training course.
