Log in to your training account, click on the “Person Icon” to expand the menu, and select "My learnings". Locate the panel containing a list of completed courses and certification exams. Locate your Certification Exam and click “Print Certificate” to download. If you’re still experiencing issues, please send a screenshot of the “My learnings” dashboard to training.mulesoft.com/question with the details of which certification you’re trying to download.
If you have taken an exam in Webassessor since June 12th, please note that we are experiencing delays in the certifications showing on your dashboard and being available to download. We are working hard to fix this and will communicate to you when this is available.
