If you have signed up for an account multiple times, or you took an exam in the past with a different email address which created an additional account, we recommend you merge these so that you have only one login account to store all your certification and testing information.
We recently moved to a new training system and are not able to merge accounts right now. But you can send us a merge request and we will update you when we are able to consolidate your accounts. Please submit a request here including the email address of the account you would like to keep as the main login, and the other accounts you wish to merge.
We recommend that you update your profile to reflect your current company. Your certification and/or training activity will then be accurately included in our reporting.
