The LogMeIn extension connects you to an online exam proctor. It can take several minutes to connect to a proctor so please be patient. The average wait time is approximately 16 minutes. It is important that you DO NOT download and run the LogMeIn extension a second time once you have launched it. If you download the extension multiple times, you must delete the additional downloads from your computer, leaving only the first downloaded file.
Problems connecting to a proctor typically occur when the test taker has multiple "Support_LogMeIn Rescue" files downloaded when attempting to connect to a proctor. When this occurs, the application does not properly connect to our proctors, creating an error message.
Additionally, if you have a shared laptop or computer in which another Learner had previously taken a Certification exam, you will need to delete the LogMeIn extension and reinstall for the environment to be correctly established.
